Terms of Use & Cancellation Policy

At PakHoster, we want to keep things simple and fair. When you place an order with us, you agree to use the service according to the terms below.

One Service, One Customer

Each service is provided for one customer only, unless the product clearly states otherwise. Sharing your account, login details, activation information, or subscription with another person is not allowed.

Please do not share, transfer, or misuse your subscription. One service is meant for the customer who purchased it.

Sharing or Misusing the Service

If we find that a customer has shared, transferred, or abused the service, PakHoster reserves the right to cancel or suspend the service immediately.

This also applies if the service is being used by multiple people when the purchased plan is intended for one customer.

Cancellation Without Notice

If a customer violates these terms, PakHoster does not need to send a warning, reminder, or notice before cancelling the service. We may cancel the service as soon as the violation is identified.

Refunds After Violation

If a service is cancelled because of sharing, misuse, abuse, or any other violation of our Terms of Use, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or compensation.

The normal 30-day warranty and refund policy does not apply to cancellations caused by a customer’s violation of these terms.

No Appeal for Violations

Cancellation due to a clear violation of these terms may be final. PakHoster reserves the right to reject refund, replacement, or appeal requests related to such cancellations.

Changed Your Mind?

If you simply change your mind after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the service has not been delivered or activated, we can review your cancellation request and provide a refund where applicable.

If a service has already been activated, any refund will be handled according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Our Promise

We don’t want to make things complicated. These rules are here to protect both PakHoster and our customers and to make sure our services are used fairly.
